Next to the ADAC, the ANWB is the largest camping guide in Europe and is also one of the few camping guides that sends its own inspectors to the campsites to check the quality directly on site.

The Erlebnis Resort Aufenfeld is also inspected every year by an ANWB inspector and has been able to achieve the top mark every year!

However, since children often have completely different needs and wishes than adults, the ANWB has also trained its own "children's inspectors" for several years and sent them to the individual campsites.

These "child inspectors" check the campsite according to their own standards and evaluate it from a child's point of view.

We are proud that we have been able to score points with our child-friendly offer and attractions and have convinced both the big and the small inspectors of our quality!

NEW: "KRAFTREICH AUFENFELD"

Another highlight is our modern, fully air-conditioned climbing and bouldering hall in the "Kraftreich Aufenfeld". With over 1,300 m² of climbing space, it leaves nothing to be desired. In 2023, we expanded the range of facilities around the climbing hall: In addition to a panoramic gym with modern fitness equipment, a yoga room and a separate area for physiotherapy and occupational therapy, there is something for everyone in the new "Kraftreich Aufenfeld". The restaurant in the Kraftreich is particularly inviting, serving traditional cuisine and hearty snacks as well as delicious cocktails on the cosy terrace.

Zillertal - an Eldorado for climbing fans!
With the numerous via ferratas, a high ropes course in Kaltenbach and the professional climbing hall at Erlebnis Resort Aufenfeld, the Zillertal offers an extensive and complete range of indoor and outdoor climbing.

Climbing in nature requires good weather and dry rock. Indoor climbing, on the other hand, offers optimal conditions all year round.
